How Do I Get An Quote For My Event?

You will receive a quote once you fill out our form on website. (click here) Once we receive your information, Rejane will call or email you to gather the rest of the necessary details before sending you a customized proposal.

I Have A Last Minute Order, Can You Help Me?

While we prefer all events to be confirmed 2 weeks in advance, we will do our best to accommodate last minute orders, especially for Memorials and Celebrations of Life. Please call or email us ASAP and give us a many details as possible and we will check the schedule to see how we can help you.

What Is Your Cancelation Policy?

Our cancelation policy is stated in our contract. If you wish to see it please ask!

Are There Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free & Allergen Free Options?

Yes, we have many options for vegetarians, vegans or those with food sensitivities. Please let us know how many guests require an alternative option, and we will work with you on a menu custom to their dietary needs.  

What Happens If We Need To Reschedule Our Date?

We always do our best to work with clients who need to change their event date, whatever the reason may be. All deposits and payments that are made always transfer to the new date. However, we cannot guarantee that the original contract will remain the same. We address each date change on a case-by-case scenario to make sure that everyone is well taken care of!

Do You Offer Just Delivery Or Drop Off?

Yes, we do! We have a delivery charge that covers fuel and staff time expenses. The amount is calculated based on the distance to your event, the logistics of unloading and the amount of set up requested and whether or not we have to return to pick up equipment.

Is Gratuity Included?
No, we don't automatically charge a gratuity. We suggest an optional 15-20% gratuity for the servers, based on the size and type of event. Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected.
